There too the prices are not guaranteed very a long time... There is much request
.PROCEDURE AND TERMS FOR UREA CONTRACTS.
1. Seller send FCO and Buyer sign it and return it for acceptance
2. Seller will issue Draft Contract for revision and signature of the Buyer
3. Buyer signs the Contract and returns to the Seller
4. Seller will issue the definitive Contract by countersigning it and sending it to the Buyer
5. Hard Copies of the contracts are exchanged
6. Buyer�s bank informs SELLER bank of L/C opening (RWA by swift message)
1. Before the payment instrument(s) are transferred to the seller�s account the text of the payment instrument MUST be reviewed and approved by the seller.
2. LC must be transferable, revolving and confirmed.
3. The final text to be provided by the buyer�s bank shall be subject to approval by the Seller as a condition of the buyer�s compliance with the present contract.
7. Seller�s bank issue the POP to the buyer�s bank
8. Buyer will open Payment Instrument ( Transferable, Revolving, Confirmed DLC) as per contract procedures
9. After receipt and acceptation of the issued LC, seller� bank sends to buyer�s bank 2% PB (report to clause VIII of the contract)
10. Seller arrange buyer�s visit the mills or the yard if buyer desires
11. Delivery operations start
Shipping of the urea will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of seller�s receipt of the accept
